What is the shipping policy?
- We're proud to offer worldwide shipping on ALL items! Tracking and secure checkout are provided for all orders.
All orders are shipped within 2-5 business days of you placing the order depending on your location and fastest available service.
Shipping Time:
In most cases, orders will be delivered during 10-15 days. However, due to international transit and customs clearance processes, it may sometimes take 15-25 days.
Tracking your order:
All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. You can also track your order using your tracking number here.

What is the refund policy?
- Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:
International Orders in Transit: We cannot cancel or refund international orders while they are in transit. If you wish to submit a return request, please email our customer service at support@loriajewels.com only after you have successfully received the item.
Returns Due to Personal Reasons: Please contact our customer service via support@loriajewels.com within 14 days upon delivery to obtain the designated return address. The item must be unused, unworn, and kept in its original packaging with all labels intact. Buyer shall bear all international return shipping fees, and a fully trackable shipping service is required.
Defective or Damaged Products:
Please contact our customer service at support@loriajewels.com within 7 days upon delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue. We will offer a proper solution after verification.
Non-returnable Items: Customized items and discounted items (on sale) cannot be returned. They are only eligible for equivalent store credit.
Refund Processing: We will arrange the refund within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Can I choose specific items?
- The lucky box items are packed randomly, so specific styles cannot be designated. However, we want you to love your surprise! You can leave your preferences in the note at checkout, or email us your requests at support@loriajewels.com — such as whether you prefer gold or silver plating, or if you like necklaces, rings, bracelets, pearls, or earrings. We will try our best to meet your preferences.
How to care for your jewelry？
- All our jewelry is skillfully designed and expertly crafted by artisans using high-quality materials. To keep your items in top condition, please review our care guide:
- BRASS BASED: Brass products will naturally tarnish over time, which is a natural characteristic and not a fault in the product. Please handle with care.
- STAINLESS STEEL: Stainless steel has a naturally high resistance to tarnishing and rusting, making it longer-lasting. Please note its tone is slightly darker than sterling silver.
- STERLING SILVER: 925 Sterling Silver is a precious and gentle material. When not in use, we strongly recommend keeping it in a closed box away from air and light to prevent fading.
- TIPS FOR LONGER LASTING: Keep away from soaps, perfumes, and chemicals. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Store in a dry place, and remove it before sleeping, showering, or swimming.
